Frequently Asked Questions
1. What are Studio video projects?
In Studio every video you record or upload or presentation you upload becomes available as a project in AI Studio. When you translate a project from one language to another, a new project is created for the target language. You can see the project list under Studio section in the app.
2. Where can I see my current usage and limits?
Under Setting section in the app there is Billing subsection. In this you can go to “Studio Overview” to see your plan details like plan subscribed usage and limits available.
3. What is New video projects limit?
This is the number of new projects you can create every month. This limit is reset at the end of your billing cycle. Please note in translation a new project is created and it will consume from this new video project limit.
4. How does Video export minutes in a plan work?
Each Studio plan has a specific duration upto which you can export a video. Lets say if you are in Studio plan Free and it allows upto 10 mins of export video duration, then you can export videos till total sum of all the exported videos is within that months export video duration for that plan. If duration of the video you are trying to export exceeds the available limit it wont allow you to export. You will need to upgrade to a higher plan if need more export video duration. Same export video duration to both video or gif export. For eg: if you have a 2 min video to be exported, then export video and export gif for that video will lead to consumption of 2+2 mins from your plans export video duration. This limit resets at the end of every billing cycle.
5. What is Max video projects limit in a plan?
This is the total max limit on number of Studio projects you can have. If lets say max video projects limit is 3 as per the plan you subscribed then you can have max upto 3 project. This limit doesnt reset every month. If you reach a max limit you will need to delete an existing project to make way for new projects. If you need higher limit upgrade to higher plan.

Seats will allow multiple users to collaborate using single Demokraft account. So that multiple users can create content, review and collaborate.
8. What is Translation?
Once you record of upload your video in one language, you can translate it to 39 different language to make your content multi-lingual and reach globally. You can refer to General Studio FAQ for details on languages supported.
9. Why multiple subscriptions?
To provide flexibility to users we have kept separate subscription for Studio and Hub. These are independent of each other. You can control the subscription plans from your billing subsection in Settings section of the app.
10. How choose different plans?
When you signup, by default your account is signed up to free plan of both Hub and Studio. You can check the plan details for your account going to billing subsection in Settings. If you want to change the plan for either Studio or Hub you can do so from the billing subsection.

- How to Switch: You can easily upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time directly through your DemoKraft AI account dashboard. The process is designed to be straightforward.
- Billing Adjustments: When you change tiers, any adjustments to your billing are handled fairly and are typically prorated.
- – Upgrades: If you upgrade, you’ll generally be charged a prorated amount for the difference in tier cost for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Your subsequent billing will reflect the new, higher-tier price.
- – Downgrades: If you downgrade, the change will usually take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

2. What is a Demo Session Credit?
Think of Demo Session Credits as your key to unlocking interactive demo experiences for your website visitors. Here’s how they work:
- Each DemoKraft AI billing plan includes a specific number of Demo Session Credits.
- When a visitor on your website engages with and views a DemoKraft AI powered demo, one Demo Session Credit is utilized from your plan’s allowance.
- It’s straightforward: each unique demo viewing session by a visitor consumes one credit. For instance, if a single visitor initiates and views a demo twice (at different times or by re-engaging the widget for a new session), this would count as two Demo Session Credits used. These credits ensure you have a clear and predictable way to manage access to your dynamic demo content.
3. What is a "Seat" in DemoKraft AI?
A “Seat” in DemoKraft AI refers to an individual user license that grants a member of your team access to your organization’s DemoKraft AI account. Here’s why seats are important:
- Team Collaboration: With multiple seats, different members of your organization (such as sales representatives, marketing specialists, or demo creators) can log in to collaborate on creating, managing, distributing, and analyzing your interactive demos.
- Centralized Management: Your organization’s DemoKraft AI account acts as a central hub.
Admin Control: The primary account administrator can easily add new users (assigning them a seat), define their roles, and manage permissions. This ensures secure and organized access, allowing you to control who can do what within the platform. Essentially, each seat empowers another team member to leverage the full potential of DemoKraft AI.
