     • AI Service Providers (Sub-processors): We partner with third-party AI services, such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs, to provide features like script generation and voiceovers. To do this, we must send your Customer Content (e.g., text or scripts) to these providers for processing. We only share the minimum information necessary to provide the feature.

     • Our Policy on AI Providers: We do not authorize these providers to use your Customer Content for any purpose other than providing the service to us (such as training their models), and we prioritize using providers who offer “zero data retention” or “opt-out” policies where available.

   • Affiliates and Partners: Entities that collaborate with us in offering services or promotions.

   • Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
